2. Pricing and Payments
All prices for event participation are clearly displayed on our landing page. Payments are processed securely via viva.com. Registration is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.
3. Delivery Method (Ticket Issuance)
- Delivery Method: Digital / Email.
- Upon successful payment via viva.com, a confirmation email which serves as your digital ticket/entry pass will be delivered to the email address you provided during checkout.
- This delivery is automated and typically occurs within [e.g., 10 to 30 minutes] of transaction completion. No physical tickets will be shipped via postal services.
4. Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
- Cancellations by Attendee: Attendees may cancel their registration at any time by notifying us via email. However, please note that all ticket purchases are final, and cancellations made by the attendee are strictly non-refundable.
- Event Cancellation by Organizer: If the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers, all registered attendees will automatically receive a 100% full refund processed back to their original payment card via viva.com. Alternatively, attendees may request to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date if one is available.
- Refund Processing: In the event of an organizer-driven cancellation, refunds will be issued directly back to the payment card used through viva.com within [e.g., 5-10 business days] without any action required from the attendee.
